The Rules Behind Every BetRide Account

By registering at BetRide you accept these terms in full. If any promotional page, banner or support message conflicts with what is written here, the version published on this page takes priority unless we tell you otherwise in writing.

Who can open an account

You must be 18 or over to register or play at BetRide. We may ask for identity and address verification at any point, and we may pause games or withdrawals until that verification is complete. One account is permitted per person, per household and per device. Duplicate accounts, or accounts opened using false details, can be closed and any funds in them forfeited.

• One active account per person is allowed at any time.

Deposits and account funding

BetRide accepts Visa, Mastercard, Bitcoin, Ethereum, Tether (USDT), Litecoin and bank transfer. All amounts on your account, in promotions and in transaction history are shown in GBP. Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary by method and are shown at the cashier before you confirm a transaction. Deposits made using a payment method that is not registered in your own name will be reversed and may lead to account review.

Cryptocurrency deposits are converted and credited based on the exchange rate at the time the transaction is confirmed on the network. Card deposits are typically instant; bank transfers can take longer to clear, depending on your bank.

Withdrawals

Withdrawals are paid back to the method used to deposit wherever possible. Before your first withdrawal, and periodically afterwards, we may run identity and payment verification checks. This protects your account and helps us meet our own compliance obligations. Withdrawal requests are reviewed before processing, and processing times vary by payment method: card and bank transfer withdrawals generally take longer to clear than cryptocurrency withdrawals, which settle once confirmed on the relevant network.

• Withdrawals are paid to verified accounts and wallets registered in your name.
• We may set minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts per transaction and per day.
• Pending wagering requirements on an active bonus must be met before related funds can be withdrawn.
• We may request additional documents for large or unusual withdrawal requests.

Bonus and promotional terms

Any welcome package, deposit match, free spins offer, reload bonus or cashback credited to your account is governed by the specific terms shown on the Bonus and Promotions pages, in addition to these general terms. T&Cs apply to every bonus, including wagering requirements, game restrictions, maximum bet limits while a bonus is active, and expiry dates. Opting into one promotion may make you ineligible for another running at the same time; check the specific offer terms before opting in. Attempting to abuse a bonus, including through multiple accounts or coordinated play, can result in the bonus and related winnings being removed.

Fair play and account security

You are responsible for keeping your login details and password confidential. Report any suspected unauthorised access to your account immediately. We monitor for suspicious betting patterns, collusion and use of banned software; accounts found in breach may be suspended while we investigate, and funds linked to confirmed misuse can be withheld.

Self-exclusion and account limits

Players can set deposit limits, time-outs or self-exclude directly from account settings, and BetRide honours those instructions once confirmed. Continued use of your BetRide account after an update takes effect counts as acceptance of the revised terms.
